Invasive Borers: Detection and Control is an online mini-course designed to educate pest control professionals on how to detect invasive borers using Purdue's SAFER (Search, Ask, Fix, Educate, and Report) inspection practices.
This course is available only online.
Depending on your background and experience, the course will take 20-30 hours to complete and expires one year from the purchase date. However, a one-time six-month extension may be purchased for $50. If you fail to complete the course in 18 months, you will be required to re-enroll and pay the $75 fee.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be pro-rated in accordance with the following schedule. For online courses once you start the program and complete the first lesson, there is no refund.
- Within 15 days from the date of enrollment: 100%
- 15 – 30 days after the date of enrollment: 50%
- 30 days after the date of enrollment: No refund.
