By the end of this module, learners will understand:
- Material basics that are needed to design and evaluate nuclear materials,
- Structural materials and nuclear fuels that are used in SMR and ARs,
- Materials challenges in SMR and AR environments,
- SMR fuel cycle (storage, transportation, and disposal),
- Manufacturing methods,
- Nuclear quality assurance and reactor management
